ITT PILATES TEACHER TRAINING

A 3 WEEKEND PILATES INTENSIVE TRAINING
Lead by Jean Sullivan

ITT PILATES (Integrated Teacher Training) is a comprehensive Pilates Mat and Reformer Teacher Training Program using the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to understand and appreciate movement with sound biomechanics. Jean Sullivan, an internationally known Master Pilates Instructor, will teach you the underlying principles and goals of each exercise with a thorough understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, giving you a solid foundation on which to grow and flourish as a competent instructor. Through this program, you will learn to see, sense, and create change with an integrative approach to corrective exercise.

ITT PILATES was founded in 2003 by four Pilates Master Trainers - Jean Sullivan, Madeline Black, Joerg Chabowski, and Debra Schubert. Their desire was to build a Pilates Teacher Training Program that would provide students with a solid core of knowledge, tools to become an excellent instructor, and wisdom from their professional experience. With their decades of expertise in the Pilates and Movement field, ITT Pilates is proud to be the leading Pilates Teacher Training Program.

Intensive Training Dates & Times:

ITT PILATES exceeded my expectations…I am so grateful that I took it and put in the work necessary to do it. I felt Like my craft was enriched so much, and my ability to see people, to see their bodies and their issues was so much improved.
