SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
Do you love group classes but sometimes feel like you are not progressing, even after being consistent with your practice? Are there times that you feel lost in an exercise and feel that you are not seen or guided for your own individual needs? Or perhaps you are looking for group sessions you can walk away from feeling like you learned something and are more powerful and relaxed in your body? If you said yes to any of these, then Semi-Private Sessions are for you! Enjoy the camaraderie of a group class with the detail precision of a Private Session. With personalized attention in each session, you will notice improvement in your strength, flexibility, and your overall body awareness.

WHAT TO EXPECT
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
Sessions are a maximum of four people, so you are guaranteed to receive individualized attention and feedback from the instructor to obtain the most benefits from your session.
Sessions utilize the springboard, and an assortment of props to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and provide more ease of movement.
To ensure each participant gets the most out of each session, participants must go through an interview process to find the right class for your personal needs and your body.

In each session, we will incorporate the principles of the Pilates Method, Madeline Black Method, MET Techniques, Fascial Release Techniques, Breath Work, Meditation, and more.
