Our mission is to inspire others to look at fitness as a lifelong practice of self care and nourishment rather than chasing an aesthetic. This practice is for those who want to move with integrity, learn the why, and are patient to take time to go deep with the work and develop a strong foundation. Learning to balance the elements helps your body to feel better in every way and connects you to your practice. Designed to be a visual tool for incorporating the fundamental aspects of wellbeing, each element can be put together for a completely individualized practice and bespoke experience.
EARTH: Foundation + Balance
This is where you will learn the tools to develop integrity with your movement. You will dive into the root of the work, work on technique, and explore the foundations to feel more present and confident in your body.
WATER: Fascia + Flow
Find your rhythm and enjoy fluid movement practices that are more about feeling free in your movement. You will also explore movements focusing on fascial stretches and unwinding tension.
AIR: Meditation + Breathe
A space to calm your mind and practice stillness to help improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and ease tension in the body. Enjoy learning more about the healing powers of breath and monthly meditations.
FIRE: Endurance + Cardio
Challenge your endurance and apply tools you have learned and practice in earth, water, and air. Fire is where you explore your boundaries and enjoy being wild in your movement.
